IN EVERY EVENT, BROWN JUG’S TOTAL MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE USE OR EXPLOITATION OF ANY OR ALL PART OF THE WEBSITE, THE APP AND/OR THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER SHALL BE LIMITED TO TWENTY-FIVE ($25.00) DOLLARS.
